Regional Collaboratives: West End

The West End Region encompasses schools and districts from the Los Angeles County/San Bernardino County border in Chino, and encompasses all schools and communities to Fontana. A number of post-secondary educational institutions reside in the West End region of San Bernardino County.

• Cal-Poly Pomona lies directly to the west of the county in close proximity of the West End region.
• Chaffey College maintains two campuses in Chino and Rancho Cucamonga. Chaffey College maintains articulation agreements with local high schools in engineering and offers a variety of career technical education programs as well as options for students planning to transfer to a four-year college or university.
• The Claremont Colleges, including Harvey Mudd are within proximity of the West End region in Claremont.
