The Alliance for Education helps connect students of all ages in San Bernardino County to a variety of career paths in STEM and beyond.

For our children to succeed tomorrow, developing STEM skills is a great foundation for success. The Alliance for Education believes that it is never too early or late for students to begin learning – and loving – math, science, engineering and technology. Whether your child is in preschool or in high school, the Alliance for Education has resources to help your child develop and grow into a career that is always in-demand. Here are some great tips on helping your child begin to find a career that they love:

The Workforce Access Matrix (WAM) is a workforce-tracking tool that identifies in-demand jobs and training providers who provide training in a specific occupation within an industry sector. The Matrix is being used by site selectors looking to locate to our area, by business owners looking to expand their workforce, and by students and community members looking for training in a demand occupation.

CalCRN's resources are available for use by students, parents/guardians, educators, and anyone else interested in developing the critical career self-management skills necessary for success in today's world of work.
